We helped our parents celebrate 60 years of marriage last week, in the very place they started.
They had honeymooned in the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone Park after their wedding in the Logan Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
That was July 19, 1954.
Maybe it was a bit different to have six children and six spouses with them this trip, but they didn't seem to mind.
We're glad they invited us to crash their party. And we're glad for their 60 years together.
I was around for all but three of them so I can say with some authority: They did good.
