Lunar Eclipse

I tried virtually every shutter speed my camera offers but made a big mistake that cost me perfection for many of the 600-some photos I took of this, the second of four lunar eclipses over 18 months. My mistake has to do with the vibration reduction switch, which I mistook for the lens lock switch. It was dark. And it was 3 a.m., so I wasn't at my best. Still, some worked. The night sky in a long exposure is especially amazing. You can see stars. A beautiful way to spend a morning.
