On the Big Island of Hawaii, you can find rocky lava cliffs, green sand beaches, black sand beaches, white sand beaches, big turtles resting, little whales jumping, colorful flowers open to the sun, the lively town of Kona and quaint town of southern-most Na'alehu. You can drive to the top of Mauna Kea, where observatories search the skies from almost 14,000 feet, you can watch sunsets and sailboats, you can go deep-sea fishing, you can snorkel among fish of all colors and sizes and shapes, you can sit under an umbrella in the rain, you can watch the waves curl and crash or be in the waves with your boogie board as they curl and crash.
I hope you do.
