Kuala Lumpur

 It was Chinese New Year when we visited our daughter in Malaysia this month. The lanterns of Thean Hou Temple were incredible (above), as were the Batu Caves (below), the KL Tower, the park whose name I forgot, and the whole experience of Southeast Asia. Multiple cultures have brought their traditions and beliefs to the same spot -- Kuala Lumpur -- and enriched us all.
