Looking up

Scientifically, they say it's a the cirrus clouds that make sun halos possible. And that they mean a storm is nearby. It seems more than science to those of us on the ground looking up. It seems magical. Heavenly. Either way, if you can, you've got to pull off the freeway, stop and stare.
